“I called and made an appointment to drop my daughters car off to get an oil change. After the oil change they did a diagnostic and found several things wrong with my car. They called and explained what they found and how much the cost was going to be. I agreed and they fixed the problems. Then they called me and told me my car was ready. I grew up in Charleston so I like dealing with local companies. I dont like surprises, so i appreciated the phone call letting me know what they had found during the diagnostic.
